ok..im back from swimming and guess what?! i got SUNBURNT!!! eek lah...but at least not so bad...and i have done my skipping...now it feels more relaxed than when i first started..hahaha...and i have just cut my hair...now its shoulder length...erm hope i can tie it up tomorrow...or im dead...haha...my leg hurts so much now...oh...and i went to school in the morning...side gate wasn't open so me and Catherine had to walk to the main gate...handed in and then went out...then went to cut hair...then went swimming...then went Causeway Point...haha...to eat...erm...Some sort of soup from Korea or something lah..dunno whats it called...haha...but chinese is suan1 la4 tang1...haha...burnt my tongue...lol...then went to popular...but not very familiar with there the popular...prefer Jurong Point where i know where everything is..especially computer games...hehheh...not much books...and please...i want to go bookfair...but iknow not much people will be willing to go cuz they find books boring...but i want to go lah...and at the swimming pool, my mum has acknowledge the "story" which i have mentioned yesterday...hahahaha...feel so bad slouching...when i start slouching, my back will hurt..haiz...rashes on arm are still around...sigh...and tomorrow there's training...actually wanted to go out with Yining to take neoprint...but i wont want to be seen sweating all over...so i shall take another day...havent post letter yet...shall post tomorrow...discovered that i have so much things planned tomorrow...hahahaha...and my mum has learnt how to swim!!! yay!!! so li4 hai4...i spent erm..five swimming lessons with my cousin before i learnt...hahaha...i just learnt one year ago ok...erm...and i shall go off now...bye!!!

hihi...im back from NSL ...the second game was so exciting ok...the score was like 43 to 46 for the last few minutes ok...and we were like OMG! then the team kept scoring and scoring...then score slowly became 46 to 46 at the final minute...then no more scores...haha...then it was a draw...phew....close...haha..and i have just finished puking and bathing...took Joleen's car back and it was jerking and jerking and jerking...and dont mind me hor...but i will puke when i smell air refreshener ...really...thats why i hate taxis!!! cuz got air refreshener smell...but no offence lah...probably too heavy dinner...haha...thx Joleen for sending us back!!! and i got my letter from my angel during NSL...so damn malu lah...when my angel walking down ying yan and Joleen started screaming "Jocelyn" lah...then felt so malu ok...-_-...ok..tmr i shall start on my CME portfolio and i better finish it...cuz on Monday i need to put it in Mdm Tye's pigeon hole...if not i will get 0!!!! and i also need to get materials for math independant learning by erm...latest Tues...but hope to get it done on Mon so after training no need to go find Mrs Chang...but if i really dont have the time, i will have to do it on Tues.....and i feel so faint now...haiz...ok...saw a lot of seniors at TPY sports hall...eh...not bad sia...inside is air-conditioned...but i was still sweating like mad lah...funny me...ok...oh and skipping was so tiring...almost died at the alternate thing...it was more difficult than single leg hop lah...and i can complete 25 single leg hops on my left leg continuously...but of course my right leg cannot lah...tried for at least half of 25 before stopping to rest it...but its not aching liaoz...must strive to do skipping everyday...and I will be going back to school on Mon...and i suppose i have to wear hong zi lah...just to hand in portfolio...haiz...who ask me to be so lazy and slack? and who ask me to do last minute work? haiz...considered as zi4 zuo4 zi4 shou4 lah...and my math independant learning also lah...i also havent started finding...but at least i find the science SIA quite interesting...cuz we are going to make a prototype of the product...not bad huh?! cool...our water purifier...hahaha...looks so funny lah...and im so proud of myself...i sat straight up for the second and third game...cuz im now trying to get my back to stop slouching lah...and i succeeded for erm...2hrs??? probably ba...feel so sick now...but its nice to sit up straight...cuz you can see things clearer...and also from our seat we can see the railing in front of us...hahaha...ok...shall go off now...bye!!!

hallo! last day of semester liaoz...stayed in school until around 6.40pm and reached home about 8pm...haha...today was such a light day...new chinese teacher came to do self-introduction...she's quite friendly...haha...ok...today we went down during recess cuz Ms Loo told us we were going to have a short training during recess, so we went there and we are supposed to do skipping everyday for the rest of the holiday...shall list down in case i forget...

nice, 500 a day...haha...skipping is fun...kk...shall try to stick to the schedule...and i need to get my organiser!!!! ive got lots of plans during the holidays lah...ok...today we stayed back and watched the seniors train...i think we were like "extra" cuz we were just sitting down there and practically "staring" at them lah...then we started doing skipping when they had drink break, then after that sat down again...so in total we sat for 3 hours...then claudia was saying, we sat there when there was a shadow at the corner of the tent,then when we left already no more shaodw liaoz lah...hahaha....before that played badminton, shuttlecock was so damn pathetic ok...and still so much wind lah...but quite fun lah...but still prefer playing at the badminton court...cuz got the net, then we wont be trying to guess if it was under net anot lah...ok...and our shoes have turned red from sitting down there for 3 hours...haha...like last time go CCAB like that...we were practicing after the rain then everytime anything touches the floor it will become red lah...so refrained from letting the ball touch the ground and also tried not to let the ball touch the shirt...cuz its red!!! haha...long long time never go back to Shuqun liaoz lah...got no time...sad sad sad...but at least we are planning for class gathering ok...but still dunno where we want to go...last time i went back was...CNY celebrations ( i think) cuz i remembered i had blister on my feet...all becuz of my mum's shoes lah...haha...nxt year im not wearing liaoz...lets just stick with our nice hong zi...haha...ok...i need to go liaoz...bye!!!!!!! sad...end of semester...

hihi...im so tired now...and now i cant even put down my leg properly...cuz i twisted my ankle-again...after 3 weeks,my ankle finally not so swollen, and now it is swollen liaoz...sad sad sad....doctor actually said 3 weeks more, now, i dont think so lah...i was going to drive for the ball, Qi Tian was guarding me,then i run out get the ball and Qi Tian fell on me...and its not just one time ok...so we both twisted our ankles lah...but today's training was fun...i love the first part...but i think i got problem changing direction when im jogging...haha...cuz i can't concentrate i think...eek...must concentrate more...then went to ice the poor poor ankle...the more i ice it, the more painful it will be lah...espcially the heel there, cuz the ligaments i twisted were leading to the heel i think...then later we played barefooted lah...felt even worse cuz ankle got no support...then relied a lot on the left ankle...oh.and i got my book liaoz...haha.so happy...yay...ok and we are going to wrap(?) zong4 zi3...forget the english term liaoz...hehheh...we are not going to have training on Friday...erm...feel a bit sad lah..cuz training is nice ok...oh...and i need to go link 6H class blog liaoz...and also Haidee's blog..haha...yesterday didnt have much time to do that cuz i was so busy lah...but i think i got sunburnt on my left shoulder...eek...swim too much liaoz...eyes very very painful...go visit other peoples' blog liaoz...bye!

hallo...yesterday was Vesak Day, so today we have a holiday!!! and i have changed my goal from cupid bistro to a book...which cost $28+ and my mum said a book is better than computer game, so maybe she wants to sponsor!!!!!!!hahaha...the book is The Undomesticated Goddess...forget the author's name liaoz...ok let me tell you more aboutt yesterday...used computer in the morning. then went to my cousin's condo there to swim!!!!!! its been ages lah...and i have gotten a bit chao da....but i havent forgot how to swim!!!! yay!!! hahaha...and it was so fun. but after that we went to bathe, my mum said she forgot to bring conditioner! and i almost fainted...then she said she also didnt bring shampoo, so must the body foam thing to wash hair also....hallo?! after swimming my hair already feels like grass?! and i have to use body foam? ok...after that i came out of the shower, and my hair was totally ruined ok. my mum helped me comb it because i am to violent and i almost pulled out the whole chunk of hair when i tried lah...so my mum helped me comb it. then i helped my mum comb...then after a while my hair was messy again. so we spent 10min bathing, half and hour combing hair...then went to IMM my mum bought goggles lah...then saw that they also sell ankle guards, but more ex. haha...then they went to eat, i went to the bookstore...and i found 3 books i totally love! 1st one, The Da Vinci Code($16+), next, Shopaholic & Sister($17+) and finally The Undomesticated Goddess($28+)!!! haha...im such a bookworm...and i got 3 magazines from my cousin cuz she finish reading liaoz...but im feeling so tired now cuz i need to finsh my chinese portfolio by 4pm cuz we are going swimming again!!! hahaha...but most probably i wont get darker liaoz...thank goodness my swimsuit is sleeveless...haha...ok i need to go now...bye..and i love my new wallet!!! polo spirit...hahaha...black colour!!! so cool lah...

hallo!!! i have just finshed applying medication...dunno why but i think it stinks lah! ok maybe just because i dont lyk to apply medication lah...oh yah...i just finished 2 icecreams just now...hehheh...my mum ate 3...haha...have been bloghopping just now...and also played some games...haha...my cousin asked me to go swimming but my mum said no...she said tomorrow...but i doubt my mum will let me go lah...she always say see first, then always say no...=( but i want to go swimming lah...freaking out liaoz...eyes a bit swollen cuz yesterday cried during sabbaticals...haha...ok...im eating another icecream currently...hahaha...so sour one...sad and happy lah..monday is a holiday...sad cuz i lyk going to school...really, im not kidding...happy cuz i get to recover from my aching...hahaha...and i have already planned out...on tuesday i will wear ankle guard cuz got training, wednesday no cuz no excercise on that day,thurs and fri yes cuz got training...and im happy cuz theres training on tues thurs and fri!!!haha...but i think my 2.8 timing will deprove cuz this week we didnt hav fitness training lah...and i feel so sad lah...cuz cannot improve on stamina...but i still prefer court training haha...ok lah...and let me tell you, i still haven started my cme portfolio...and im now eating bread...im such a glutton! bleh...i feel so fat lah...ok...i am going bloghopping again haha bye!!!

hallo...my whole body is collapsing liaoz...it takes me 8 secs to squat down and 6 secs to stand up...reading newspaper that time even worse...sit down then was almost stuck there...but today's training was tiring...put in lots of effort...but my stupid damn foot refuses to work properly lah...ok...im not blaming my twisted ankle but hallo?! its just simply landing on the right foot and my ankle can't take it lah...then im so dependant on my left leg, when i drive for the ball, my left foot will (almost) always be my landing foot!!! bleh...need to do more single leg hop on my right leg...but when it comes to that, my right leg is better... strange lah...but yesterday's NAPFA and today's training caused me to have problems walking...must work harder to make my legs stronger so i can catch it using either legs as and when required...and also my body coordination is bad lah....or else why would i have this kind of stupid problem? then today seniors keep asking me to land on the correct leg, Ms Loo also...but i can only do that during the last few tries...must be more focus so i can concentrate on which foot im landing on, and also must look at the ball!!!!!! ok....today is the last day of sabbaticals...sad...no more days of no homework...erm...but today during malay culture appreciation we watched the movie "sepet". so nice lah...but ending was so vague...liked the progress of the movie but i dont like the ending lah...then cried a bit with the other Jocelyn...hahaha...ok then we had Ms Ng to do the reflections thing...Qi Tian got caught for writing letter...i almost cried when i was listening to the recap of the story...today is a crying day!!! haha...no lah...then for theatre we continued mime techniques lor...today we had to mime out the story "cinderella"...so fun!!! but so difficult lor...haha...then today is the last day and im so sad...partly cuz homework will start again next week and also we are gonna sell ice lollies again during week 10...erm...but i dont think we have to sell that much again lah...cuz its tiring bringing aprrox. 10 kg of ice lollies back and forth ok...i tried that before...during the combined sports meet...and guess what, i carried 10kg over the overhead bridge and repeated it cuz there was another batch of them in the staff lounge...ok...at least i can carry lah...but if i cant, im gonna go borrow a trolley...haha...just kidding...ok lah...i need to go liaoz...later sit here for too long then later cannot stand up again...kk...bye...

yea...today had NAPHA test...yea...i got 29/30 for the total marks...my stupid damn sit and reach!!! bleh...costed me 1 mark...pathetic...ok...considering i have never gotten a gold before...erm...this result is good ok...cuz i have never gotten gold before...and it was becuz of my shuttle run...but im not really happy...cuz my shuttle run was on the dot...11.4...1 more milisecond and im dead ok...unbelievably...these are the results...

hallo...i just came back from the doctor...cuz i have dragged the matter for two weeks liaoz...and my mum finally decided that my ankle is too serious liaoz...so finally went to the doctor about it...and doctor said i twisted the tendon or what lah...then from the first sprain until it heals must take...6 weeks!!! bleh lah...already finish 2 weeks liaoz...4 more weeks to go...doctor say must refrain from sports...but i can't lah...nvm...just went to buy ankle guard...so wont worsen... =(...medicine cost $17...haha...just applied it...funny smell...lyk medicated oil lah...haha...ok enough of my ankle...let me talk about today's sabbaticals...for malay we went to arab street...so fun lor...although it was raining...then we went to the heritage centre or something...so cool. then went for theatre...today is the most fun the day for sabbaticals lah...we did a lot of games lor...cuz Mr Tang wanted us to know that drama is usually related to conflicts...so we played lots of games involving conflicts...he told us a story to express drama without conflict...let me post the story here...

hihi...feel so damn embarrassed today...dont tell you why...muahahahaha...today had sabbaticals...sianz...everyday this week also got lar...rubbish me...ok...so fun...we did the malay culture and dance...hahaha...so fun...diaoz...then went to play during the break...then Ying Yan was almost crying lah...haha...no lah...cuz her shirt was torn by Xing Xuan...then they started tearing others shirts lah...then Shi Yu's shirt was the wrost lor...cuz its the highest they tore lah...and Qi Tian lent her her nametag so she can pin on the side...then heng we change into PE shirt...but today never do yoga lyk yesterday...and im half happy half sad lah...happy cuz no need to stretch until my leg muscle so pain...but sad cuz the session was quite fun lor...then went around the whole school lah...then found out that our school is sooooooo amazing...cuz its lyk erm...forget how to spell liaoz...but it can be seperated into halfs or quarters and it still looks identical lah...so damn cool lor!!! hahaha....really...then went to auditorium...so cool man...then got a lot of funny things happen lah...ok now i think theatre is fun lah!!! haha...oh...then our class was the earliest to end lah...so me and Shi Yu went to the tent at the netball court there and sit lah...actually wanted to go computer lab...but they having sabbaticals inside...then wanted to go to the computer lab beside the aesthetics department to finsh up the film for Mr Tok...but lyk i said...they having sabbaticals inside also...so sat and waited for it to finish...then Jenzi came...so wait until people come out liaoz we went to check if there were still people inside...then Janice came so we went in lah...then saw Mr Lim inside lor...then we finished burning the disc for Mr Tok!!!!!!!!!! YAY!!!!! So happy!!!! hallo...sheesh...leg feels so weak...first is ankle pain...then later during training do the lean against the wall thing hurt my thigh muscle or what lah...then i was trembling throughout the whole excercise...diaoz...but stamina improved!!! now u run 2.8km is 13.49...hahaha...17 seconds from my 2.4 km run...but dont ever get the idea im gonna retake my 2.4 cuz im too lazy...hahaha...but today training was fun and tiring...fun cuz of the game we played before cooling down...need to bounce the ball on opponents court or sumthing lah...haha...so fun...but everyone had to run suicide run later...bleh...need to improve on sprint...my speed is so damn slowww...i need to improve on the way im throwing the ball..(dunno why always will go lopsided)...then need to improve somemore stamina...and speed...hahaha...but my CA 2 results are horrid ok...

hihi...pathetic me...firstly...anklle twisted 1 more time...then this time is super serious 1 lor...blah...people who are reading this now...please buy ice lollies from us tmr!!! really...although its 1 for 40cents, 3 for $1...i think its quite expensive lor...haha...hope people will buy from us...my ankle is so pain now...sad...haha...but i got 8 pieces of filter paper!!! haha...let me tell u wat happened....we were in the science lab doing experiment...then we are supposaed to use filter paper...the 1st thing that came to my mind when Mdm Tan said that...MY ANGEL!!! haha...cuz she wrote to me on filter paper before...and i brought it around for the whole training...haha...and i was so elated on that day!!! haha...then during experiment Qi Tian come over to my table and went,"ehh...JoJo...filter paper leh..." then i was, " YAH!!! I KNOW!!!" haha...haha...den me, Wen Jiao and Qi Tian go steal the filter paper...then later at the end of leeson, ask Qi Tian take sumore...then she gave me the last piece...haha...and during science lesson, me and Wen Jiao broke the beaker...hehheh...so scared then...haha...then we were lyk so scared for the whole lesson...diaoz...then after that nothing much...oh yah...during 1st recess that time, i think got one senior injured...den me, Qi Tian n Joleen were so damn scared lor...cuz if we dont go over, they might think we are unconcerned...then if we go over, wat if they think we are KPO??? blah...bad weather then i was so stressed over this that i almost cried lor...pathetic me...so emotional one...blah...then duirng netball training, we go wipe our face on our PE tshirt cuz our face were super black...den Claudia's shirt was the worst...it was truly BLACK at the end...den after training we decided to play...but i think seniors still having intercluster or
training lah...den Qi Tian they all go buy bubble tea...then me n Joleen were left at the rock wall...then they came back we went to see seniors play...then later they finish their match den we go play...den seniors were lyk looking at us...haha...from 3 against 3 becum 2 against 2...which is impossible to play?! diaoz...then Shiyu and Claudia keep suggesting they want to play with seniors...but in the end we never lah...then me, Claudia and Shiyu took Yingyan's car to Bukit Batok MRT station...then took mrt back...then almost died cuz ankle super painful, no seats at the Lakeside bus stop, then still waited for 1 and 1/2 hours...you know why cannot squeeze up? cuz cannot walk too fast, then still carry one enormous ice box...of course impossible to go up the bus lar...dont want to blog already...bye..
